The workshop entitled "Nutraceuticals and functional foods, industry and research compared" will be held on 3 February 2023 at the Palermo Research Area of the CNR (with the possibility of following it even remotely).
The aim of the meeting will be to explore the issues of nutraceuticals and functional foods in order to start new partnerships between the scientific and business worlds in order to increase public-private interaction.
