Description of innovative features / Competitive advantages

HelpMe introduces a revolutionary approach to social and healthcare services thanks to an advanced digital infrastructure developed by the CNR. The platform combines proactive monitoring of vulnerable individuals with predictive analytics, allowing for timely interventions even in emergency situations. The cloud architecture integrated with native mobile apps is easy to use, scalable, and accessible, while the REST design optimises data management and operational independence. HelpMe creates a solidarity network between patients, operators and volunteers, encouraging the sharing of resources and needs. An intuitive interface, future integration of chatbots and attention to post-Covid needs make the platform modern, inclusive and prevention-oriented, reducing inappropriate hospitalisations and improving care pathways.
